Processing and Shipping
The processing time starts from the date your order is placed. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. This includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging.
Once the order has been processed, shipping typically takes 8 to 15 business days, depending on the destination within the United Kingdom (UK).
Order Cut-Off Time
2:00 PM (Europe Time)
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same business day
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed and shipped the next business day
The estimated delivery time is calculated based on whether the order was placed before or after the cut-off time.

Delivery times may be affected during public holidays, when carriers operate on a limited schedule. This is beyond our control. Normal service resumes immediately after holidays.
APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes are not accepted for express shipping.
Delivery delays may occur due to incorrect addresses, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Taxes and Customs Duties
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom (UK) generally do not incur additional customs duties.
However, depending on local regulations, certain taxes or import fees may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
